A Sacramento car accident killed a passenger early Tuesday morning. The accident occurred around 1:00 a.m. on westbound Highway 50 near Interstate 5.
As reported by the California Highway Patrol a broken down car was parked in the slow lane, when an oncoming vehicle smashed into the back of it. Unfortunately, the passenger in the broken-down car was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the car was immediately transported to a local hospital. Apparently the of the oncoming car was not injured.The fatal Sacramento car accident remains under investigation.
