Folsom DUI Accident Injures Four People

Four teenagers were seriously injured in a Folsom roll-over car accident on Wednesday night. Based on the police report, drugs and alcohol could be a factor in the Folsom car crash.

Around 11:40 pm a sports car overturned on Heritage Place. As a result, three passenger teens were ejected from a red Ford Explorer. A 17-year-old driver was still belted in the car.

The four victims were taken to local hospitals for the medical treatment. As police were investigating the Folsom car accident, broken bottles of whiskey and marijuana paraphernalia were found along the path of the crash. The SUV was speeding northbound on Heritage Place, when the driver lost control and crossed over the center of the road. The driver did not have a license and was the only person in the Ford Explorer wearing seatbelts. He was arrested for driving under the influence and taken into Sacramento Juvenile Hall.
