Aerosmith lead guitarist Joe Perry was injured Thursday afternoon in Middleborough, Massachusetts when the motorcycle he was riding was rear ended by a car. Mr. Perry was riding a 2009 Ducati Monster at low speed when a car being driven by 62 year old Linda O’Brien struck his motorcycle from behind. The 59 year old guitarist was taken to the hospital for treatment of personal injuries.  Ms. O’Brien was not injured.  The cause of this motorcycle versus car accident remains under investigation.
