Four people were injured Sunday when a small plane performed a crash landing on a Highway 29 near the Napa County Airport and hit a car from behind.  The single engine Beech aircraft was forced to make an emergency “gear up” landing on Highway 29 at 12:37 p.m. after it lost power.  The plane skidded onto the highway and struck the car from behind. Two people in the car and the occupants of the plane suffered injuries. The extent of the injuries are unknown and this Napa accident remains under investigation by the CHP, the FAA, and the National Transportation Safety Board.
