John N. Demas, Esq.
Mr. Demas is a founding partner of Demas & Rosenthal, LLP. He has been exclusively representing injured victims for nearly twenty years. He has successfully litigated and settled hundreds of personal injury cases and has extensive trial experience, with several multi-million dollar verdicts, including one of the largest verdicts ($4,500,000) ever against Sacramento County and the largest verdict in Tuolumne County ($2,500,000). He was recently recognized as the Trial Lawyer/Advocate of the Year by the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association in recognition for his “extraordinary trial results and intrepid work in advocating the rights of consumers.” In addition, he has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer for 2009 & 2010, an exclusive honor limited to less than 5% of all attorneys and approximately 1% of plaintiff personal injury attorneys. He is also a member of The Justice Roundtable, an organization consisting of 100 of the nation’s top personal injury attorneys. He is very active in the legal community and is Past-President of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association as well as a Board Member of the Consumer Attorneys of California. He is a frequent speaker and lecturer at seminars and conventions at the local and State level. Mr. Demas also serves as a Settlement Conference Judge Pro Tem and Arbitrator in Sacramento County and as a Mediator for El Dorado County and Placer County. Mr. Demas is a graduate of the University of Pacific, and McGeorge School of Law, with Distinction. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, exercise, cycle, scuba dive, hike and enjoys traveling. He was born in Greece and speaks Greek fluently.

S. David Rosenthal, Esq.
Mr. Rosenthal was born in San Francisco and grew up in the Bay Area. After obtaining a B.A. in political science at Long Beach State, he settled in Sacramento to attend McGeorge School of Law and be near his hobby, team roping (rodeo). After graduating in the top 3rd of his law school class, Mr. Rosenthal worked for a private civil litigation firm for one year before opening his own practice. He soon teamed up with law school classmates and built a successful practice specializing in the representation of those injured through the carelessness of others. With Demas & Rosenthal, he proudly carries on the tradition of excellence in advocacy for injured consumers. He is a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Consumer Attorneys of California, and volunteers as a Judge Pro Tem with the Sacramento County Superior Courts.
